Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@orianagrace.com

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@orianagrace.com with photos and videos. 

Do note that any defective orders reported after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for replacements.
